 
As a HPC patient, you can expect the HPC to go the "extra mile" when it comes to insurance coverage and billing issues. As an exclusive preferred provider for the national PTPN network, the HPC accepts all major health plans and dozens of others (see below) . The HPC continues to work with third party providers to determine benefits and handles all billing for the patient. We bill Medicare primary and secondary insurance, private insurance, PPO's, HMO's, workers compensation and personal injury. We also accept personal payment plans by check or credit card. We do not require a physician referral to be evaluated at HPC. However, to bill your insurance we require a medical diagnosis, usually from a physician.
